This can be used on a chair or on a couch. Item just needs to be placed in a seated postion and is good to use. The item has a wired remote control so you can adjust the setting's to your liking.
The massager has a detachable plug-in power supply. The massager can also be folded away for easy storage.
The massager has only been used a few time's by myself but I now dont have a need for this.
There is no box for the chair.
